Ingredients
4-6corn or flour tortillas / wraps, preferably high protein & fibre
2extra virgin olive oil spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
Stack your wraps / tortillas together on a chopping board and cut them into chip-sized pieces using a sharp knife.
Line a baking tray with baking /parchment paper. Place your wrap pieces onto the baking tray so they do not overlap. Spray the pieces lightly with the extra virgin olive oil spray and sprinkle on half of the seasoning.
Place the baking tray into the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove the tray from the oven and flip the wrap pieces over. Spray with extra virgin olive and sprinkle on the rest of the seasoning. Place the wrap pieces back into the oven and cook for a further 3-5 minutes, or until golden. Repeat steps 3-5 with the remainder of your tortilla chips.
Take your baked tortilla chips out of the oven and set aside to cool. Serve the tortilla chips once cool enough to touch.
